Herrscher of Truth is an S-rank IMG-type Ice-elemental battlesuit. She provides elemental boosts, has two forms to switch between, and dishes out Ice DMG!

◆ Basic ATK: Silver Wolf's Echoes
Extremum form
Herrscher of Truth performs a 4-sequence combo that deals Ice DMG to enemies. The 4th sequence unlocks a mecha weapon on hit.

Continuation form
Herrscher of Truth performs a 3-sequence combo. After lasers are unlocked, she will also fire lasers. In this form, Basic ATK restores Mech Propulsion and SP on hit.

◆ Combo ATK: Chariot of Nizhny Tagil
Extremum form
Hold [ATK] after Basic ATK SEQ 4 or QTE, or tap [ATK] after Vector Calculus to pull back, and Project Bunny will attack in unison to deal Ice DMG, then pull enemies and deal DMG. This attack unlocks a mecha weapon on hit. You can switch characters during Combo ATK.

Continuation form
When Mech Propulsion is full, hold [ATK] to cast Combo ATK and lock onto multiple enemies when firing. After unlocking hover guns, hover guns (summoned entity) will be generated to attack together.
After casting Combo ATK in this form, Herrscher of Truth will gain Echo of the World that increases her Ice DMG. Switching out Herrscher of Truth will consume Echo of the World to make all team members deal more Fire and Lightning DMG and all enemies receive more Fire and Lightning DMG.
In Continuation form, if Combo ATK hits a low-HP IMG-type enemy Nihilus Seed, its current phase is insta-killed.

◆ Ultimate: Narrative of Infinite Truth
Extremum form
Tap [ULT] to enter Continuation form. Entering Continuation form the first time in battle casts Salvo, which restores SP on hit (registered as Continuation form Combo ATK). She will enter Continuation form by Return Brake afterward.

Continuation form
In Continuation form, tap [ULT] to cast Ultimate that deals Ice DMG and grant Elemental Breach to Fire and Lightning DMG dealers on the team. Consuming Mech Propulsion increases Ultimate's DMG up to 2 times.

Pull Name of the Truth Expansion Supply drops to get Herrscher of Truth Character Card.
After specific numbers of drops, Captains will receive bonus rewards such as Truth Metamorphosis Stigma Option and Wisdom Continuation Equipment Option.

※ Open the Truth Metamorphosis Stigma Option to choose one (T, M, B) from the stigma set recommended for Herrscher of Truth. Open the Wisdom Continuation Equipment Option to choose one from the weapon recommended for Herrscher of Truth or a stigma (T, M, B) recommended for Herrscher of Truth.

Aside from Battlesuit Supply, the Focus Supply for Herrscher of Truth's recommended gear will also be available. You can pull her recommended weapon Key of Ascension and recommended stigma set In the Name of Truth from Focus Supply.
