Giveaway Rules

1. Follow Honkai Impact 3rd's Twitter to receive an exclusive Everlasting Flames postcard.

 

2. Take a photo with the Honkai Impact 3rd booth or cosplayer, share the photo to Facebook or Twitter, or Instagram, or any social media with the hashtag #HI3AnimeNYC, and test play Honkai Impact 3rd to receive a Theresa or Ai-chan hairpin at random.

 

3. An attendee can only receive one postcard and one hairpin. Daily supplies are limited. While quantities last.

 

 

 

 

 

Sale Rules

1. Purchase any Honkai Impact 3rd merch to receive a HoYo FEST shopping bag.

 

2. Spend $9.90 on Honkai Impact 3rd merch to receive a HoYo FEST Honkai Impact 3rd postcard (merch of other games do not count).

 

3. Spend $49.90 on Honkai Impact 3rd merch to receive a HoYo FEST Honkai Impact 3rd badges (set of 3) (merch of other games do not count).

 

4. There is a limited three items per order rule for all Honkai Impact goods. All raffle items are excluded from this limit. Daily supplies are limited. While quantities last.

 

5. Please completely read and fully understand the following terms before making a purchase:

• The merch products sold at the Honkai Impact 3rd booth cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. Handmade products may have minor flaws that do not fall under quality issues and therefore are not subjected to the return or exchange standards. Please make purchases with this rule in mind.
• To prevent disputes, please unbox a merch product immediately after purchase to check for flaws. Should you find any major flaws, please contact on-site personnel. If you request a return or exchange for quality reasons without unboxing before leaving the Honkai Impact 3rd booth, your request will not be accepted. Please make purchases with this rule in mind.
• The supplies of available merch are limited. Cases where flawed products can only be returned not exchanged due to insufficient supplies may occur. Please make purchases with this rule in mind.

 

6. To maintain the order of the booth, gifts will be offered at checkout. Please collect your gift immediately as we will not re-offer your gift once your leave the checkout area.

A: This is a way to reduce scalping because we want to give every Captain a chance.

 

Q: Can I ask for Honkai Impact 3rd gifts when purchasing the merch of another HoYoverse game?

A: We're sorry, but you only receive a corresponding Honkai Impact 3rd gift through spending $9.90 or $49.90 on Honkai Impact 3rd merch.

 

 

Important Information

1. Please do not vandalize any facilities or exhibits at the Honkai Impact 3rd booth, or you will need to pay for any damages or defacements you have caused.

2. Please take care of your belongings. HoYoverse is not responsible for any incidents including theft that occur while you are involved in the activities or queuing at the Honkai Impact 3rd booth.

3. If you want to take a picture of or with a cosplayer, please ask politely and refrain from inappropriate actions.

4. Please follow the instructions of on-site personnel and wait in line in an orderly fashion to purchase Honkai Impact 3rd merch products.

5. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing other challenging circumstances, please seek help from nearby personnel immediately.
