As an S-rank Lightning support ELF, [Bella] has substantial support capacity and moderate Lightning DPS capacity. She can paralyze enemies, render enemies more susceptible to Lightning DMG, and boost team Elemental DMG (especially Lightning DMG) when the team leader has met certain conditions.

[Basic ATK]
Bella casts lightning arrows to deal Lightning DMG. Unlike other ELFs, she regens SP every second in battle.
 

[Ultimate]
Bella casts multiple lightning arrows at a target, dealing massive Lightning DMG and inflicting Lightning Vulnerability. If the last sequence only hits a single target, the hit will deal additional DMG and paralyze the target.
 

======[Domain of Sanction]======
New weapon [Key of Castigation] and [Domain of Sanction] will be available after the v4.1 update! You can forge [Domain of Sanction] in the Foundry.

[Key of Castigation] is a blade designed for Lightning DPS and becomes [Domain of Sanction] when upgraded to PRI-ARM form. These two blades are ideal for Valkyries tagged with "Lightning DMG", such as [Herrscher of Thunder] and [Darkbolt Jonin].

When Captains of Lv.81 or higher have unlocked [Key of Castigation] (regardless of its level) in the weapon album, they can upgrade any Lv.50 Supply blade into [Domain of Sanction].
